Finding an engine mechanic that you can trust and does quality work without taking corners is hard to find. But I found just that at Auto Works. These guys know what they are doing and they are able to communicate that info to me in a way I understand (and that isn't easy). This shop is spotless and they are very organized - these are indicators of a company that pays attention to detail - and details matter to me. Troy and Drew are great to work with and they always have a smile on their faces. Every time I have work done at this place I know the work is getting done right. Troy and his staff are very professional! They will give you the straight scoop on your car at a reasonable price. I've taken my cars to Troy for years. I'm not a number to him, but a friend. Recently, my car was having A/C problems and Troy was booked for the week. I took it to the dealer who tried to minimize the issue just to get me to bring my car to them. I then took it to another shop who mis-diagnosed this issue then provided a very high estimate. I ended up taking the car back to Troy. Even though I have to juggle my schedule without a car for the week, I know that Troy will do an excellent job!
