My VW Passat was leaking coolant badly. I called Les Schwab as they usually do work on my car and have always given me honest prices and solid work I trust. They regretfully told me they don’t handle coolant jobs but they send their coolant work to Auto Works... which was good enough for me. I called and got Troy, the owner on the phone the first time I called. He was so nice and immediately put me at ease even though I knew I was in some trouble with my vehicle and the costs would likely be more than I could afford. He worked with me to get my car in as quickly as I could. As it turned out the news was a little worse than anticipated...but Troy and his expert crew at Auto Works were able to get my car fixed and running again before any real damage could occur. They gave true, old school customer service. Something you just don’t get anymore. Thank you Troy, Drew and all of the hard working crew at Auto Works.
