I cannot recall if I have ever written a review before. This place has earned it. I have had three vehicles serviced at this establishment over several years and many visits, (15+?), now. As a younger fella, I provided basic vehicle service at a Chevron station, and tended to my own vehicles for decades. At AutoWorks, I have enjoyed everything from oil changes to phantom electrical draw assistance and intricate engine repair. They notify me of concerns, and justify them with verifiable information. They never have pressured me to have work completed, and often encourage paying attention to a matter, rather than diving in with expense just to explore a perceived new whistle or rattle. If I renamed this business, I would call it Drew. Drew is a cheerful, informative, and attentive ambassador for AutoWorks. I may not have returned after my first oil change without his affable and attentive interaction with me. When I call and don't hear Drew, I consider hanging up to try back later. No disrespect to others, but Drew remembers you name, your car, your troubles, and your kin. He answers questions with a promise to find an answer, which bolsters my confidence that he knows what he is saying when he provides a more detailed response. That's about it. Patronize this establishment for ALL things vehicle related. However, I do encourage all dumb people: Please keep going to Perfection and Discount and other places, so the rest of us can enjoy Drew and his gang of neighbors working neighborly.
