Cordial manner on the phone, prompt and clear communication. Could not find source of slight rattle, so they performed an inspection for safety and will continue to monitor with subsequent oil changes. In other words, no fake diagnosis with the expectation of spending thousands. An honest mechanic is worth a lot.
