The guys that I had the pleasure of interacting with (Troy & Drew), were both knowledgeable, personable and professional. They were great at communicating with me throughout the entire process. They were timely about getting my truck in the shop to be looked at, they listened to what my issues and concerns were and they addressed them honestly, effectively & efficiently. I have had several negative experiences with several local repair shops and I was convinced that all repair shops were shady and dishonest. I expected that my experience at Cda Auto would be no different and I had my guard up in anticipation of being lied to and taken advantage of but to my surprise, I was met with honesty, respect and amazing customer service. I would expect an above average bill given the above average service, but instead, I was graced with the respect, honesty and amazing service free of charge. Parts and labor were reasonable and the real kicker was that bill didn't even reflect some of the extra parts and labor that were diagnosed after quoting me on the repair! Hands down, this business smokes the competition by combining value and morals with knowledge & professionalism.
